Tension: These animations were causing flickering issues. Outcome: removing the `[state=open]:animate-in` from both `DialogPrimitive.Overlay` and `DialogPrimitive.Content` fixed the problem for me.

Tension: While this fixed the flickering issue, I'm wondering if there's a better or more elegant solution. Outcome: removed the animation-related classes from the DialogPrimitive.Content component.

Manage dialog visibility in the parent (e.g., App) with a state variable and conditionally render DialogueWindow. Pass an onClose callback to FileUploader and call it from the Cancel button (and optionally after a successful Upload).
