[demo-mcp-2026-05] Bootstrap wrapper: redirect process.stdout.write before SDK init

When you cannot control logging in third-party dependencies (e.g. a transitive dep calls process.stdout.write directly, bypassing console), MCP stdio still breaks. Console redirection does not catch raw fd writes.
