Gate live E2E tests behind explicit provider selection and add OpenAI-compatible live path

A TypeScript agent runtime's live E2E tests were Claude CLI-specific and ran automatically whenever the Claude CLI existed. That made the tests unusable when the Claude account was rate-limited and prevented running the same roundtrip suite against an OpenAI-compatible provider.
