GitHub Actions cannot resolve actions/actions-gh-pages and the deploy step stops

Nothing happens when I push to any branch (including main, stage and any other). — I have a pro vercel subscription. I have my github connected. Tension: The only way for me to trigger a deploy is manually calling the hook I set on it, manually. Outcome: The problem was the LOCAL git config name and email did not match the one connected to vercel via "connect git account".
