Microseconds/Milliseconds Mismatch

Audio delay values fail to apply because callers supply milliseconds while the underlying LibVLC/vlcj API interprets the parameter as microseconds, causing delayed or seemingly ignored timing adjustments that break sync-sensitive playback features.
