pnpm Environment Assumptions

pnpm-based builds fail because the runtime environment assumes pnpm, config sources, and install inputs persist across contexts; missing CLI, wrong lock/install invocation, or symlink/linkage differences cause installs to fetch the wrong things or silently expand scope.
