Polymorphic Authorship GDPR Deletes

Since authored rows use a polymorphic author_id without a real FK, deletes can’t rely on database cascades or nulling, so GDPR account removal either breaks referential cleanup or leaves authored content incorrectly scrubbed instead of showing [deleted user].
