RTK Query Tag-ID Misalignment

Timeseries queries don’t provide tag-id associations, so RTK Query can’t invalidate or refetch the right cached entries after mutations, leading to stale data; fixes require consistent providesTags/invalidatesTags with aligned {type,id}.
