OpenAPI Credential Misconfiguration

Authentication for the OpenAPI spec fetch fails because injected credentials (often via $ref or base64-encoded tags in the openapi-generator-maven-plugin config) are not accepted by the server, producing persistent HTTP 401s during code generation.
