Embedding Dimension Mismatch

Fixed 1536-dim cosine indexes meet heterogeneous embedding spaces (e.g., 384–768 local ONNX), and truncation or zero-padding silently preserves within-space geometry but breaks cross-space similarity assumptions. Missing hard-fail and slow similarity paths hide the mismatch until timeouts or empty relations appear.
