Configured network ports and access rules get mismatched across environments (fixed vs dynamic, local vs platform-assigned), causing servers to bind incorrectly, policy/config parsing to fail, or connectivity tests to hit the wrong target. Fixing requires aligning port selection and firewall/security rules.
