Cloud/runtime identity assumptions break the execution path because the principal used by a trigger or managed identity is missing the exact underlying permissions or capabilities, leading to successful deploy/login but failed invocations (e.g., silent Eventarc triggers, 404s, or unreadable app settings).

Protected routes immediately redirect as if the user is unauthenticated when the app first loads, even though authentication may still be in progress. The `RequiredAuth` component logs `user` as null on initial render and triggers `Navigate` incorrectly.
