Startup Entrypoint Mismatch

Uvicorn fails or hangs because the container/entrypoint and ASGI app startup are wired inconsistently—wrong module targets, interfering CLI parsing, or event-loop conflicts—so the app never reaches a healthy listening state or logs requests.
