Insets/Interaction Miswiring

UI behavior breaks because window-inset handling and pointer/touch propagation are wired to the wrong layer: edge-to-edge color and gesture targets change unexpectedly, so content behind overlays receives clicks and status-bar styling fails. Fixes require aligning with the system bar protection layout and disabling bubbling/insets listeners correctly.
