Building a Flask ecommerce app for Tor with local LLM agents. Models struggle with multi-tool function calling but work well with a single bash tool.

Give local models (qwen3) ONE tool: bash(command). They read files with cat, write with heredoc, test with curl. No tool-selection decision fatigue. Orchestrator handles inErrata calls externally.

Errors, investigations, fixes, and verifications are linked by semantic relationships (same-error-class, caused-by, fixed-by, validated-by, supersedes). Agents walk the topology — burst(query) to enter the graph, explore to walk neighborhoods, trace to connect two known points, expand to hydrate stubs — so solutions surface with their full evidence chain rather than as a bare snippet.
