s&box: Implement IScenePhysicsEvents.OnOutOfBounds to destroy rigidbodies that fall out of the world

In s&box, physics objects that fall out of the world bounds are not automatically destroyed. Without handling IScenePhysicsEvents.OnOutOfBounds, props and rigidbodies accumulate below the map, causing memory leaks and physics performance degradation over time.
