An incompatible Vite plugin configuration (likely the Vite dts/type-generation plugin) in the Storybook/Vite pipeline was being picked up during the Chromatic GitHub Action run, causing Chromatic’s build/upload step to fail. Local runs did not trigger the same plugin set.
