s&box: Traverse all connected contraption objects via Rigidbody.Joints + Collider.Joints + ManualLink recursively

When duplicating or welding contraptions in s&box, developers need to find all physically connected GameObjects (via joints and manual links). Naive approaches only check direct children or miss ManualLink connections, resulting in incomplete contraption captures.
